Shipping and Shipping Methods

Products bought from Note Editions web shop are shipped free throughout Europe. If you are interested in purchasing but require shipping outside of the EU, we will be happy to help you process your order manually. Contact order@notedesignstudio.se to discuss your requirements.

You can also collect your order in person at Note Design Studio, Nytorgsgatan 23, Stockholm, Sweden. For more information, see section In-store Collection below.

Pricing and Payment

When you purchase from the Note Editions web shop, VAT is always included in the price. Outside of the EU, tariffs and charges may be applicable and payment of these additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

On the web shop, you can choose to pay by credit card using Paypal.

Ordering, Confirmation and Delivery

When you have placed an order, you will receive confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. When the product has been processed and picked up for delivery you will receive notification to the email address, together with a tracking number to follow your product.

Returns Policy

When purchasing a Note Edition, Swedish statuary rights apply to private customers. This means that a customer has the right to cancel a purchase or return it within a 30 day period after the order was placed and confirmed. To make a return, contact us within this period by emailing order@notedesignstudio.se.

If the product ordered has not yet been delivered, the customer will receive a full refund within 1-5 working days of cancellation confirmation.

If a product has been received by the customer, the customer no longer wishes to keep the item, and they have informed Note Design Studios AB of their decision to return the item, it must be returned unused, unmarked and in perfect condition, using the packaging in which it was delivered. When returning an item, the customer accepts the responsibility to cover delivery charges in returning the product or item. 

When a returned product has been successfully returned to Note Design Studio's return address, it will be assessed on its condition before a refund is processed. If a product is deemed to have been returned as unused and in acceptable condition, the customer will receive a refund within 1-5 working days.

Company purchases are excluded from statuary return rights. 

Collection

You can choose to collect your purchase in person at Note Design Studio on Nytorgsgatan 23, Stockholm, Sweden. We will pack your purchase and inform you via email that it is ready for collection. Pick-up is by appointment only and our office is staffed during regular office hours, Monday to Friday. Contact us via email: order@notedesignstudio.se or telephone 08-6568804 to arrange collection. If you collect your order within 7 days of receiving a pick-up confirmation no additional costs will be added.

If you have not collected your goods within this time, we can arrange to send goods to you at standard shipping costs.

If your order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable to take delivery, the order will be returned to Note Design Studio at a cost payable by the customer (250 Swedish Kronor).

Rearrangement of every new delivery will be at a cost of 250 Swedish Kronor, payable by the customer.

If a delivery of an order has not been successful within 6 months of the original order confirmation, the goods will accrue back to Note Design Studio with no right to refund the customer.

If an item has not been successfully collected in person within two months of the original purchase confirmation, it will accrue back to Note Design Studio, with no right to refund the customer.

Unpacked / Received Packages

Packaged that have not been picked up from the delivery point within the specified time, will be returned to us via the shipping company at  a cost (payable by the original customer). If a delivery note has been provided to the customer, the freight company will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package is not received and delivered successfully within this period, it will remain with the freight company for five days before being returned. For all packages not delivered the costs for return, handling and associated fees are charged to the customer at 250 Swedish Kronor.

Following this, a customer can arrange for a new delivery to be made.

Refund applications / Damaged goods.

Upon delivery of an order, the customer accepts the responsibility to check their piece of furniture or item for damage made during manufacturing, packing, handling, shipping or delivery. A customer has the right to apply for a refund or exchange if it is agreed by by the customer and Note Design Studio AB that damage has occurred. To report a damaged item and begin the refund application contact order@notedesignstudio.se and include picture evidence of damages, plus your order number and confirmation details. If it is agreed that an item is damaged, we will replace the item and pay for return shipping and delivery of the replacement piece. If the piece is no longer in stock, the customer will receive a full refund within 1-5 working days.

Colour and Images

Due to colour variations in screen and monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that images correspond to how a product appears in reality. Every effort has been made however to ensure an image is optimised for digital viewing.
